Rush Orders:
New or repeat art is available to ship 5 production days from receipt of
art at a cost of 10% of total order, with a minimum rush fee of $25.00.
Order changes or cancellation:
All changes subject to a $5.00 charge
No changes or cancellation after production has begun.
All expenses incurred will be invoiced.
Return Policy
All custom-made sign sales are non-refundable and final.
We
strive to ensure that all orders are accurate before shipping.
All standard road signs and hardware are returnable prepaid and require
return authorization and there will be a 15% restocking
fee.
Items
returned without return authorization will not be refunded.
Shipping
is not refundable.
